Deadlines
End of registration for participants: March 31, 2010.
End of abstract/poster submission, hotel payment: April 30, 2010.
For the SFERA Summer School, it will be possible to register until May 30, 2010.
Hotel
The hotel room prices are:
Single Room: 46,60 €/night for one person
Double Room: 56,20 €/night for two persons
The reservation at the hotel will be made for you but you will be asked to make a bank transfer to the hotel before the 30th of April, 2010 to ensure that your room is booked. For the double rooms, you can specify the name of your room mate in order to be placed together.
We will come back to you after your registration to give you the hotel bank details for the transfer.
